  • Packages are fulfilled and shipped directly from our Brossard, QC warehouse via UPS-Tracked Shipping.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your package leaves our warehouse so you can monitor every step of the delivery.

  • U.S. customers pay a flat rate of $29.99 USD per order.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS-Tracked Shipping from our Brossard, QC warehouse.

  • Delivery is typically 2–3 business days.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.


2. Taxes and Import Fees

  • Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties or additional fees.

  • All products are pre-cleared through customs and stored in Canada for fast, hassle-free delivery.

  • As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government abolished the duty exemption for low-value goods under $800 USD.

  • All shipments to the U.S. are now subject to import duties and taxes, which must be paid by the customer.

  • These charges are collected by UPS upon delivery under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

  • If duties or taxes are unpaid and the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected, minus return shipping, UPS brokerage charges, and restocking fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Order Processing

  • Standard handling time is 0–1 business day.

  • Pre-order items may have different processing times.

  • Any delay in payment clearance may slightly extend processing time.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.


4. Delivery Times

  • Typical delivery is 2–4 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Shipment Provider: UPS

  • Origin Warehouse: Brossard, QC

  • Notification: Email with tracking number


5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • We take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during transit.

  • We will resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
