Refund Policy – Salva Bags

At Salva Bags, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to offering premium-quality bags, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our detailed refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The bag must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Final sale, clearance, or custom-made bags cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@salvabags.shop with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Full name and contact details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not ship any product without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Salva Bags is not responsible for lost or untraceable packages.

  • C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) shipments are not accepted.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned bag:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the returned bag is in unsellable condition, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.


5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong bag, size, color, or wish to exchange it:

  • Contact us within 30 days at info@salvabags.shop.

  • Include your order details and reason for the exchange.

  • If the replacement bag is available, it will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

Although we carefully inspect all products, if your bag arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or a short video showing the issue.

  • We will replace the bag at no additional cost or issue a full refund.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase.

  • After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, email us immediately at info@salvabags.shop with your order number.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Personalized or custom-made bags


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@salvabags.shop.
