  • All refunds will be processed using the original payment method, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • In case of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact Salva Bags first before initiating chargebacks.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in the suspension of your account or future orders.

6. Taxes & Additional Fees

  • Applicable GST/HST for Canadian orders and import duties for U.S. orders are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs, duties, or additional taxes for international shipments.
